I had a very relaxing stay, with location right in the heart of the city. I loved the host who runs the place. Had easy check in.

Location was NICE and perfect, really close to the city centre. Rooms were all fashionable and provided with good wardrobe space, a gorgeous bathroom, for example. Very very helpful and attentive staff and owner, they treated us like family.

I had a great stay at Imagine Apartments in Krakow. I was there for a few days and the location was perfect, just 5 minutes from the Old Town. The apartments were beautifully decorated and the digipads made it really easy to access everything. Our room, No 7, was spacious and clean, with a lovely shower room. We ordered breakfast for our first morning and it was delicious. The owner, Janusz, was very nice and helpful. a fantastic central location and a wonderful place to stay.

Overall experience was really enjoyable. Absolutely perfect and convenient location just off the old town and castle as well as many bus and tram routes as well as Krakov, and the room was stylish. There was a reasonably large bathroom. I tried bread and meats, served for breakfast, everything was great!

our recent stay in krakow was truly wonderful, and our experience at imagine apartments exceeded our expectations. the location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the old town and the train station. the friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even providing earplugs for the noise from the street below. excellent value for money.

One minor inconvenience was the lack of an elevator.

The double room was compact and well equipped with central heating, an electronic key card, coffee and tea making equipment. We appreciated the venue and its great and excellent setting.

The bed could be a bit small for bigger people. There is a service charge and breakfast is not included, which could be misleading.
